Matt's Cucumber Salad

*        3 large cucumbers, peeled, thinly sliced

*        1 cup white vinegar

*        3/4 cup water

*        3/4 cup sugar

*        1 teaspoon salt

*        dash red hot pepper

*        dash dried parsley

*        dash black pepper

*        dash basil

 

Combine all ingredients except cucumbers and heat until sugar melts.

Pour over cucumbers.

Store in an airtight container.

Chill overnight before serving.
