Matt’s Hummus

1-15 oz. can of garbanzo beans

2-3 heaping spoonfuls of plain yogurt

1 heaping spoon of diced garlic (I use the pre-diced garlic that come in a jar)

2-3 tbsp. Lemon juice

2 tsp. Ground cumin

salt – to taste

pepper – to taste

5 drops Tabasco sauce

 

All measurements of ingredients are approximations; adjust them to your taste.

 

Drain garbanzo beans.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender or blend in a normal blender.  Blend until mixture is to your desired consistency.  It may be a little grainy; this is normal.  If you want it more creamy; add more yogurt.
